It’s with an extremely heavy heart that we’ve taken the decision to postpone this weekend’s Ten Nickel Truckstop, due to a slower than expected uptake for advance tickets. It wasn’t a decision we took lightly, but we needed to be sure we’d be able to create the kind of atmosphere that an event like this deserves.
The good news is that we’re just pausing to regroup and give us a chance to build a bigger crowd and a better event, and we’ll be announcing a new date in May very soon.
Meanwhile, ticket holders should return to your point of sale where you’ll offered the option to either take a refund, or to keep your ticket which will remain valid for the new date in May.
Plus all existing ticket holders can enjoy 10% off at Kingsley Cafe this Saturday, 12th September, from 3pm–10pm. Just bring proof of your ticket. The venue will be open to all, with free entry, and we’re hoping to bring you some live music as a flavour of what to expect when we come back bigger and stronger in the Spring.
We’re really sorry to have to do this, but hopefully postponing will give us the chance to make the Ten Nickel Truckstop the event we know it can be – a brilliant day of country music, dancing, food & drink.
